When we moved in the new house in March, I knew I was going to need a few key pieces for it. We had so much more space which meant so many more walls to fill.

Discovering Art to Frames was such a blessing because they allowed me the ability to create custom frames from the comfort of my home. From oversized frames to a customized bulletin board. Let’s take a closer look.

Custom bulletin board

I’m a list maker, a note taker, and jot downer. So many pieces of paper get misplaced as soon as I write down the important information on it. The idea of a bulletin board has never been appealing to me because who really likes the look of the cork? I will tell you.. no one. With Art to Frame, I was able to select the size, frame, and pattern for my custom bulletin board by creating it on their website. Tacking in messages, important pieces of paper, and little notes has never been so much fun!

Our family photos are taken every year, around the same time. I’m proud of being able to wrangle our kids to get these photos done each year, so displaying them is a must. My husband’s office has some space that I was unsure how to fill, so a custom frame was the obvious choice. The real reclaimed barn wood frame that I chose gives it such a manly, rustic feel which I love. Instead of being smooth, it has indents and imperfections allowing you to really get the barn wood vibe from it. Add in a print from our family session and it’s complete!

At Christmas time, I put in my request to Santa for a new camera and he obliged. This meant lots of photo taking was going on. I took these beautiful, up close and playful pictures of my kids that I’m in love with. I knew I wanted to print them, LARGELY, for the kids new playroom but was stumped on where to get frames. At some craft stores you can create custom frames but they cost an arm, leg, and your first born. No thank you. The other option for photos this size is to buy poster frames which are always cheap, usually plastic, and have no character. This was a struggle.

When I started to look through the Art to Frames website, I realized that they had so many different types of frames to offer at that size. To keep with the farmhouse theme, I again picked real reclaimed barn wood frame in a much larger size. It gives me the same feel throughout the house, even in the playroom, without having too much of a stuffy vibe. The kids were so excited to see their big pictures hung in the playroom and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Whether you’re in the market for a custom frame (or five) or just want to grab a new bulletin board to get yourself organized, Art to Frames is my go-to for all things frames. Use code ‘QUEEN15’ for 15% off your order!
