five things I love about my Cricut

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Cricut. All opinions are 100% mine.

Since becoming a parent, I’ve loved making normal everyday moments special. Though it isn’t always feasible to order party supplies, customized shirts, personalized stationary, etc. Hearing such great things about Cricut, I knew I had to look into it. After doing a little research, I realized that a Cricut Explore Air was the perfect solution to my dilemma. I requested one for Christmas and Santa delivered.

I’m coming up on three years with my Cricut and have found so many ways to utilize the Explore Air. Below are a few of my favorite things about Cricut products.

Cricut Design Space

In the beginning I was nervous about what it would be like to learn the design software. However I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to navigate. If I’m unable to figure something out, I simply check out the tutorials on Cricut’s website to help me. There are how-to videos, written instructions, and example photos.

Easy Press

I recently received the Cricut Easy Press which has helped tremendously with creating anything iron-on. The settings allow me to select a temperature and a time, place the heat press, turn on the timer, and walk away. As long as you ensure the correct temperature and time, it is full proof.

Cricut Joy

With the newly launched Cricut Joy, I am able to bring the world of creation anywhere. It’s portable and can be packed up to take with me. The Joy operates through the Cricut Joy application on your phone and give you the freedom to design, tweak, and create at any time.

Personalization

Everyone loves adding a monogram, logo, personalization to their favorite products. Cricut gives you the opportunity to do just that. Whether it’s your water bottle, car bumper, cellphone case, you name it.. it can be done. The endless selection of vinyl colors and patterns give you the benefit of choosing whatever you’re into.

I’m a sucker for matching birthday and holiday themed shirts. Because of my Cricut I’m able to create them anytime I want. I also love to create banners to hang around the house for a special touch. For example, this back to school season I designed and cut an apple and pencil banner to hang with the kids back to school themed bookshelves.

Party Supplies

Throwing parties is one of my favorite hobbies. Between birthdays, holidays, seasons – I’m always looking for a way to celebrate. With my Cricut I’ve been able to create banners, garlands, confetti, food tents, labels, gift tags, etc. to take the party over the top!

Each machine offers a variety of different options. No matter what you’re looking to create, you always have the ability to find a way to do it. With the Maker, you can even make products out of fabrics.
